The International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) will organize the Dryland Congress 2026 from 10–12 September 2026 at the NASC Complex, New Delhi, India.
The ICRISAT Center of Excellence for South-South Cooperation in Agriculture (ISSCA) is a global platform to share and scale proven agricultural innovations across the Global South. Aligned with India’s DAKSHIN initiative—a government-backed program for development and knowledge sharing among Global South countries—ISSCA connects governments, researchers, and development partners to co-create sustainable, climate-smart solutions that strengthen food systems and improve rural livelihoods across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and beyond.
